Introducing a New Concept in in RF Safety Training

RF Safety Solutions now provides a unique solution to meet the needs of many different types of organizations that need to train its personnel in RF safety.  LIVE, Web-Based training is available to train just you or an entire organization, even when they are located in different cities and states.  Public classes are available on specific dates that cover several training requirements.  Any course can be customized to fit your specific training requirements and schedule.  This is a practical solution even if you have only a few employees to train.

Advantages of Web-Based RF Safety Training

There are several advantages to this unique training method:

bullet

Live, interactive training taught by a recognized industry expert.  This is not being taught by somebody that attended a "train the trainer" class and is simply teaching by rote.  You can ask questions!  And you will get answers!

bullet

Minimum time for your employees.  There is no travel time to get to a central point for training.  Class time is fixed, either as advertised for public classes or by mutual agreement for custom training.

bullet

No travel expenses.  The instructor does not have to travel to your facilities.  And your employees do not have to travel to a central facility for training.  This is a significant advantage for companies that have employees at multiple locations or on the road at job sites.

bullet

Interactive training.  The instructor prepares several questions in advance.  Students will be polled at critical points in during each class with a question with multiple choice answers.  The instructor gets immediate feedback to see how the class is doing.  Each student can ask questions at any time, either verbally or by sending a message to the instructor (similar to instant messaging).  The student can choose to let only the instructor see the question or broadcast it to the entire class.

bullet

Training is tailored to fit your needs.  Whether you take a basic awareness class, a mid-level safety-training class, or an advanced class, you can be assured that the training is current and designed to meet your specific requirements.  Custom classes are derived from standard training modules and include content that is unique to your organization and work environment.  Since this customization is done by an expert on RF safety and does not require any programming, the cost of developing a custom training program is very modest.

How Does It Work?

Select a specific course and session and sign up.  You will receive an immediate acknowledgement.  The day before the scheduled day of the course you will receive an E-mail with a link to the visual presentation, a too-free telephone number, and a name to use when you sign on.

Standard RF Safety Training Programs

The following standard RF safety training classes are available to all students in the United States and Canada.  Classes are taught at three levels:

bullet

Basic awareness classes (100 series) are designed for basic awareness and for refresher training for those individuals that have already completed an appropriate mid-level course.

bullet

Mid-level safety training classes (200 series) are designed to make students both confident and competent to work safely in their environment.

bullet

Advanced classes in measurements and safety program development (300 and 400 series) are designed to (1) teach basic or advanced measurement skills or (2) help gain the skills to develop an RF safety program.
