  3. Fill out the registration form and submit it.

If the course you want is not currently scheduled or if you are interested in an "in-house" course for your company, either one of the standard courses or one customized to meet your requirements, use the registration form to contact us.

Payment & Refunds

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, or AMEX.  Payment is due at the time of registration.  Discounts are available for three or more students from the same organization that register at the same time providing that a single address can be used for certificates.  Discounts are also available for mid-level and advanced courses for those individuals that would like to take the course but do not want to take an exam and receive a certificate.

Full refunds, less a $25 processing fee, are available up to one week from the scheduled date of the class.  Cancellations made less than one week from the scheduled date of the class but more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50 percent of the course fee.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the scheduled class time receive a 40 percent discount off of a similar course taken within one year of the original scheduled course.

Discounts:

  1. Audit. Mid-level and advanced courses can be taken on an "audit" basis without an examination or certificate.  Deduct $40 from the price shown in the table above.
  2. Quantity: Deduct $25 per student for three or more students registering at the same time with a common address to send the certificates.  Larger discounts are available for groups of six or more students.
